Job Summary:

 

Carry out the Income Generation plans and strategies that have been determined; joint tasks include conducting research and analysis of the Income Generation (IG) strategy, coordinating the collection of GI reports, providing technical consultations related to GI, supporting the successful implementation of the IG program at CDP specifically focusing on supplier development, organizational management, membership, marketing and also B collaboration to B waste bank with other parties.

- Conducting IGG and Cooperative institutional and business development needs assessments

- Prepare guidelines for the implementation of IGG and Cooperative business development programs

- Dissemination of IGG and Cooperative feasibility study preparation to CDP

- Prepare planning and verification of annual and financial activities according to the system applicable at GNI (POA; Plan of Action in the field of institutional and business development)

- Organize the necessary training or comparative studies related to the preparation of feasibility studies as well as IGG and Cooperative business development

- CDP assistance in preparing the feasibility study of IGG and Cooperative business development

- CDP's assistance in developing the IGG business and Joint Cooperative with CDP

- Conducting market surveys as support for IGG and Cooperative business development

- Coordinate with stakeholders related to IGG and Cooperative business development

- Building business collaboration nodes between IGG, Cooperatives and also third parties, both the government and the private sector

- Monitoring the progress of IGG and Cooperatives

- Conduct periodic evaluations of IGG and Cooperative business developments

- Provide input and suggestions to CDP, IGG and Cooperatives based on evaluation results

- Prepare monthly, midterm (Activity Report) and annual reports

- Well documented all program files

- Following the applicable tariff system at GNI

 

Qualification :

 

 

 

- S1 / Bachelor in any discipline. Preferably, Administration or related studies.

- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experiences

- Honest

- Have good governance sense

- Has the ability to analyze purchase needs, price and other information

- Good time management

- Neat and tidy

- Thorough, responsible and able to work under pressure.

- Good communication skill both verbally and written.

- Strive to learn new things and a good self-learner

- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
