Project Officer in Surabaya CDP (2nd Chapter of Grant Project)

Duty Station : Semampir, Surabaya
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare project administration and financial project report based on data from all other departments in order to provide seamless project operational process.
• Monitor and improve project cash-flow management processes to ensure all incoming and outgoing fund are maintained, controlled and comply with the organization’s policy and procedures.
• Execute day-to-day project administrative tasks (which may include filing project documents, preparing project reports, correspodnecy matters, etc) in order to provide efficient organization performance.
• Develop and prepare legal documentation of the project (which may include updating project documentation, registration, company domicile, contract renewal, etc) in order to comply with foundation regulations.
• Maintain and improve relationship with project partners, internal stakeholders (which may include local government, other NGOs, industry, etc.) to improve the overall programs of community development in the project.
• Coordinate with project volunteers to ensure operational effectiveness.
 

Qualifications :

• Have at least bachelor’s degree, preferably in community development area
• Have at least 1 year of work experience in community development sector
• Have computer skills (MS word, MS Power point, MS excel)
• Able to communicate in English/Korea
• Domiciled in Surabaya
