- Facilitate the establishment of community-based waste bank groups, including mobilization, group formation, and setup of collection and recording systems.
- Conduct field assessments and stakeholder engagement (FGDs, interviews) with local government, community leaders, and relevant actors.
- Support the establishment and strengthening of a recycling hub, including administrative processes and staff capacity building.
- Assist in developing SOP/SOM, setting up infrastructure, and coordinating procurement and installation of equipment.
- Support pilot operations, monitor progress, and ensure readiness for full-scale implementation.
- Prepare regular written reports and deliver oral updates to project teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project teams and local partners to ensure smooth implementation and address field challenges.
- Have at least S1 / Bachelor Degree; preferably in Environmental Science, Economics, Development Studies, or other relevant fields.
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in community development, environmental programs, waste management, or community-based economic development projects
- Have basic understanding of waste management systems, recycling processes, and 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).
- ?Have knowledge or interest in circular economy and community-based business development.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, especially in working with community groups and local stakeholders.
- Eager to learn new things and able to work independently (self-learner).
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to communicate in English/Korean is an advantage
