Key Responsibilities:

• Execute established program strategies to achieve the organization’s goals.
• Coordinate and distribute tasks among stakeholders, volunteers, and CDC to ensure program effectiveness.
• Manage communication with volunteers, stakeholders, and CDC regarding upcoming program events to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor program execution to ensure alignment with the initial plan.
• Develop and submit reports on program execution to the CDPM for effective evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Developmental Studies, Social Welfare, or Public Health).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the community development sector, with a focus on education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate in English or Korean.
• Preferred candidates are based in Balikpapan.
