Position Summary: Responsible for the implementation of education and health sector programs through a community empowerment approach and the fulfillment of children's rights, by ensuring the active involvement of families, communities, and basic service institutions in improving access and quality of services for children and the community, including the management of the Child Sponsorship program in the CDP area.

Duty Station: Bogor Cileuksa - CDP

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of program activities at the community level in accordance with established work plans and targets.
• Build and strengthen collaboration with schools, health care facilities, local governments, and other stakeholders to support program success.
• Facilitate capacity building for teachers, cadres, youth, parents, and community groups as part of a community empowerment strategy.
• Promote increased community awareness regarding children's rights to education and health through outreach, training, and mentoring.
• Support the strengthening of basic service systems in communities to make them more responsive, participatory, and sustainable.
• Manage the implementation of Child Sponsorship in assisted areas, including ensuring the accuracy of child data, the intake process and monitoring of child development, and compliance with organizational standards and procedures.
• Facilitate communication and engagement between children, families, and sponsors in accordance with applicable policies, while ensuring the protection and best interests of children.
• Monitor activity implementation, documentation, and the preparation of regular program and sponsorship reports to ensure accountability and achievement of results.

• S1 / Bachelor Degree; Preferably in Social Welfare, Sociology, Public Health, Social Sciences and Humanities
• Preferably 1+ years of relevant working experiences
• Preferably minimum 1+ years’ experience in NGO
• Good understanding about child protection and child right
• Enthusiasm towards children development and able to produce a children program.
• Have a good understanding about Project Cycle Management.
• Have a good project reporting skill
• Able to communicate and interact with children and community.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
