Project Administration Officer - Pekanbaru Project

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare administrative and financial reports, monitor and enhance cash-flow management to maintain and control project funds in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (such as filing documents, preparing reports, managing correspondence) to support efficient organizational performance.
Develop and manage legal documentation for projects (including updating project records, registrations, company domicile, and contract renewals) to comply with foundation regulations.
Foster and improve relationships with partners and internal stakeholders (including local government, other NGOs, and industry) to strengthen community development programs.
Coordinate with volunteers to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the community development sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Preferred candidates are those domiciled in Pekanbaru.
