Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare administrative and financial reports based on data from all departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Monitor and enhance cash-flow management to maintain and control all funds in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (such as filing documents, preparing reports, managing correspondence) to support efficient organizational performance.
- Develop and manage legal documentation for projects (including updating project records, registrations, company domicile, and contract renewals) to comply with foundation regulations.
- Foster and improve relationships with partners and internal stakeholders (including local government, other NGOs, and industry) to strengthen community development programs.
- Coordinate with volunteers to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the community development sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate in English or Korean.
- Preferred candidates are those domiciled in Lombok.
