Project Administration Officer for CSR Project in Balikpapan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare administrative and financial reports based on data from all departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and enhance cash-flow management to maintain, control, and ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
  • Carry out daily administrative tasks (like filing documents, preparing reports, handling correspondence) to support organizational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain legal documentation for projects (such as updating documents, registrations, company domicile, contract renewals) to meet foundation regulations.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., local government, NGOs, industry) to enhance community development programs.
  • Coordinate with volunteers to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or banking.
  • At least 3 years of experience in community development.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate in English or Korean.
  • Preference for candidates based in Balikpapan.
