Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare administrative and financial reports based on data from all departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and enhance cash-flow management to maintain, control, and ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Carry out daily administrative tasks (like filing documents, preparing reports, handling correspondence) to support organizational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain legal documentation for projects (such as updating documents, registrations, company domicile, contract renewals) to meet foundation regulations.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., local government, NGOs, industry) to enhance community development programs.
- Coordinate with volunteers to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or banking.
- At least 3 years of experience in community development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate in English or Korean.
- Preference for candidates based in Balikpapan.
