Key Responsibilitites :
- Lead and develop national program strategies and planning in order to provide clear guidelines for all GNI members to achieve program goals.
- Lead national program design process (which may include national and project logframe development, baseline assessment, baseline survey, proposal development) in order to ensureprogram quality in Indonesia.
- Lead and control data management and documentation to ensure smooth process of short-term monitoring and annual review in order to ensure the organization accountability to donors
and communities. - Lead and control both international and local sponsorship management strategies in order to ensure sustainable impact for the children and communities.
- Lead and provide technical consultancy and advice to OD officers in developing OD plans and strategies in each CDP to ensure the alignment with national OD program plans and strategies.
- Lead and control economy development strategies which may include: micro-finance, income generating groups, social enterprise and other economic related projects in order to contribute to
- Have at least S1 / Bachelor Degree; preferably Child and Family Studies, Developmental Psychology and Public Policy.
- Have at least 5+ years of relevant working experiences.
- Have computer skills (MS word, MS Power point, MS excel)
- Good time management
- Good negotiation skill
- Neat and tidy
- Thorough, responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skill both verbally and written.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa or Korea.
