Position Summary: Responsible to execute established children sponsorship management policies and procedure in data collection and data management, conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis activities related to monitoring, evaluation, learning, and accountability (MELA) of the related projects, which activities may include: project-related research; presenting mid to long term project progress and performance management; MELA technical support and provide feedback mechanism to related projects; ensure program accountability through monitoring and analyzing feedback from all stakeholders, prepare reports on key project findings and recommendation to internal and external stakeholders, assist MELA Department/CDP Manager in developing data collection tools, methodologies, and processes to track project progress and achievements in order to ensure the project impact and accountability.
 

Qualification CDP MELA Officer
Education Background:
S1 / Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology and Statistics.

Working Experience:
- Preferably 1+ years of relevant working experiences.
- Preferably minimum 1+ years’ experience in NGO

Skills:
- Good understanding about child protection and child right
- Good understanding in project cycle management
- Good understanding in monitoring, evaluation, and accountability
- Good skill in qualitative/quantitative analysis 
- Good understand in M&E System
- Have a good understanding in M&E Plan
- Have a good project reporting skill
- Able to communicate and interact with children and the community
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
