Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Program Needs Assessment or surveys with the community to aid in program planning and enhance program impact in the community.
- Implement established program strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Coordinate and distribute tasks among stakeholders, volunteers, and CDC members to ensure program effectiveness.
- Manage communication with volunteers, stakeholders, and CDC regarding upcoming program events to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor program execution to ensure alignment with the initial plan.
- Prepare reports on program execution for submission to CDPM to facilitate effective program evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Developmental Studies, Social Welfare, or Public Health).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the community development sector, focusing on education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate in English or Korean.
- Preference for candidates based in Lombok.
