Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of institutional and public fundraising strategies aligned with organizational funding targets and program priorities.
- Manage and expand CSR partnerships with corporate partners, including proposal development, coordination, and reporting.
- Identify, prepare, and follow up on grant opportunities from foundations, embassies, and institutional donors.
- Support and execute crowdfunding and digital/public fundraising campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Maintain strong donor and partner relationships, ensuring timely communication, reporting, and engagement to support long-term retention.
- Coordinate donor reporting, impact updates, and documentation in collaboration with Program and Finance teams.
- Monitor fundraising performance, pipeline status, and donor engagement data, and contribute to regular internal reports.
- Support compliance with donor requirements, partnership agreements, and internal fundraising policies.
- Assist in cross-unit collaboration with Engagement & Communication to align fundraising campaigns with branding and awareness efforts.
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure fundraising activities run efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in branding, marketing, communication, or engagement roles.
- At least 1–2 years of leadership or managerial experience, preferably within an NGO, social enterprise, or purpose-driven organization.
- Proven experience in event management, public engagement activities, or campaign-based events is required.
- Experience supporting fundraising or donor engagement events is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communication, digital marketing, and event-based engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and execution, including vendor and timeline management.
- Solid knowledge of visual communication and creative processes (design, video, photography, copywriting).
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, CMS, and basic event management workflows.
- Ability to translate impact stories into compelling narratives for campaigns and events.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High integrity, accountability, and commitment to humanitarian and social impact values.
- Experience managing public events, donor events, or large-scale awareness campaigns.
- Exposure to fundraising events, charity runs, exhibitions, or donor engagement activations.
- Understanding of local and international donor audiences.
- Passion for education, child protection, and community development issues.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven, and deadline-oriented environment
