Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that optimize local resources and potential in various regions, focusing on improving community income through sustainable supply chain management. This role focuses on ensuring the cooperatives development and community business development; ensuring data validity of Cooperatives; communicate with relevant Global Offices; identifying key economic opportunities (business model) within local communities; fostering partnerships (marketing channel for IG products for national/ overseas channel) to ensure a positive impact on local livelihoods; managing IG achievement from projects to the national level; providing implementation strategies/guideline/procedures in IG to synchronize with relevant issues.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Economy and Social Studies, preferable Master Degree.
• 5+ years experience in a managerial position.
• 5+ years experience in the economic development sector.
• Able to make Feasibility Studies of businesses and put it into action, developing Business Model Canvas, and make and analyze financial/business projection.
• Excellent Leadership, teamwork and able to make a team development, and facilitate. project staff related to economic development.
• Good communication and managerial skill.
• Fluent in English both speaking and written.
