Key Responsibilities:
- Develop country strategic plan in order to provide clear guidance for the employees to achieve the organization's goals.
- Lead and control organization's workforce planning and its effective implementation in order to fulfill the talent need in the organization.
- Lead and control talent development program and objective performance management system to increase employees performance.
- Lead and coontrol organization's compensation and benefit strategy in order to develop competitive compensation.
- Lead and control HR strategis and implementation employee relations program to ensure employees' engagement and satisfication.
- Control and manage the legal risks of all programs and transaction activities within the organization to ensure organizational accountability and compliance with applicable laws.
- Lead and control litigation and dispute resolution matters in the organization in order to ensure the organization trustworthiness and accountability to donors and stakeholder.
- S1 / Bachelor; preferably Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law
- 7+ years of relevant Human Resource experience
- Social Responsibility, Communication,Teamwork, Team Leadership, Coach and Develop Others, Initiative for Strategy, Resilience and Self-control, Sensitivity
- Governance and Compliance, Organizational Effectiveness and Development, Manpower Planning, Legal Management
